The receptionist may not have been the friendliest, but the rest of the staff, especially the welcoming manager, went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They even helped us switch to a room with a pool view.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were kept very clean with a view over the pools, and I enjoyed watching the flat screen TV with English language channels. The fresh clean towels were a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with all staff being very friendly, especially the manager and a waiter named Dani. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the beach and in a prime area of Benidorm with easy access to all entertainment. The dining experience was delightful with English sausages and buttery croissants on offer. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor downsides.
