The staff, especially Antonio, always goes the extra mile to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Some noise from the street can be expected due to the central location. The receptionist may not have been the friendliest, but the rest of the staff, especially the welcoming manager, went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They even helped us switch to a room with a pool view.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were kept very clean with a view over the pools, and I enjoyed watching the flat screen TV with English language channels. The fresh clean towels were a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with all staff being very friendly, especially the manager and a waiter named Dani. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the beach and in a prime area of Benidorm with easy access to all entertainment. The dining experience was delightful with English sausages and buttery croissants on offer. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor downsides.
